About the Role

Kreditz AB is seeking a highly experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and manage all aspects of our information security strategy. The CISO will ensure that the company's information assets, customer data, and critical infrastructures are well-protected from potential threats, risks, and vulnerabilities. This role involves overseeing security operations, compliance, risk management, and driving a culture of security awareness within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies, policies, and practices.
• Oversee security operations, including threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, PCI DSS) and company policies.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align security initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage security audits, risk assessments, and penetration testing.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT security professionals and foster a security-first culture.
• Maintain relationships with external security providers and regulatory bodies.

Who You Are

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with a strong commitment to responsibility and leadership in our information security landscape. You excel at establishing robust security strategies and driving a culture of awareness throughout the organization.

You should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience in information security
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
• Expertise in risk management, security architecture, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with security technologies like firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
• You have excellent english communication skills (swedish is a plus)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience in FinTech and PSD2 technologies as well as a CISSP certification, would be advantageous.
