ABOUT THE POSITION
We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our Sales department as a Business Development Representative (BDR). As we continue our journey from startup to scaleup, we are looking for a motivated individual to drive growth and expand our market presence across Europe. You will be part of a Business Development team currently consisting of four people.
As a BDR at Kreditz, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential clients, securing meetings for our senior Sales team. This is an operative role, where your focus will be on prospecting and outreach activities that drive the sales pipeline and create meaningful business opportunities.
You should be comfortable making cold calls as part of your prospecting activities. While this may seem challenging at times, it’s also a rewarding part of the role that helps you build relationships and open doors to new opportunities. We provide support and guidance to help you excel in this area!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting & Outreach: Actively engage in prospecting new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to set up meetings.
- CRM Management: Keep Hubspot (CRM) updated with detailed records of each customer and lead status.
- Lead Database: Maintain and organize a lead database for effective outreach.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling email and LinkedIn templates for lead generation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: +2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Tech Savvy: Familiar with tools like Hubspot (CRM), Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong presentation skills.
- Comfort with Cold Calling: Confidence in reaching out to new prospects via phone is essential

MERITORIOUS SKILLS
- Experience in Open Banking/PSD2.
- Background in Scaleup organizations.
- Additional language skills, German and Spanish
- Familiarity with Powerpoint, Figma, Canva, LinkedIn, Hunter.
