ABOUT THE POSITION
Thanks to a continuous three figure growth (+170% FY22 vs FY21) and ambitious expansion plans we are happy to announce yet a new opening towards our awesome Sales department as Business Development Representative.
We are currently entering an exciting phase (startup>scaleup) and expanding our market presence further in the Nordic countries and in Europe. Our clients range from some of Europe’s largest banks and iGaming companies to smaller, innovative businesses.
As Business Development Representative (BDR) at Kreditz you will work with two main objectives: 1) Search for and reach out to potential clients and, 2) Set up meetings with prospects that will be held by the KAM team. In this role, you will be highly operative in prospecting and outreach activities that finally drives sales conversions.

TASKS
Some of the tasks you will be performing:
- Personally engage in prospecting- & outreach activities via phone, emails and LinkedIn to book meetings, maintaining a high outreach frequency to drive sales conversions
- Making sure Hubspot (CRM) is updated with status on each customer
- Enroll sequences via Hubspot
- Daily reviews of a well-organized leads database and corresponding imports to Hubspot
- Review results from previous weeks email campaigns (sequences) and advice on actions to increase conversion
- Creation of compelling templates for emails/LinkedIn for lead generation
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A ‘tech-savvy’ colleague who is analytical, sociable and highly organized.
Additionally, we believe that you have:
- +2 years of working experience from B2B sales
- Highly skilled in: Hubspot (CRM) and Google Workspace (required)
- Proven organizational/administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication- & presentation skills
- Excellent communications skills in both Swedish and English (speech/writing)
- Passionate about tech, finance, and innovatio
- Previous experience from from a BDR role is meritorious
- Previous experience from from SaaS -and/or Tech sales is meritorious
- Previous experience from Scaleup organizations is meritorious
- Previous experience from Open Banking/PSD2 is highly meritorious
- Comprehension and skills in other languages can be meritorious
- Skills in: Powerpoint, Figma, Canva, LinkedIn and Hunter is desirable
