ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now looking for a Sales Director to help accelerate our expansion across Financial Services and other data-driven industries.
As Sales Director, you’ll take full ownership of the sales process – from prospecting and pipeline generation to contract negotiations and closing. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Kreditz's footprint across key verticals and markets. You’ll be working with a modern, in-demand, product suite at the forefront of credit- and risk intelligence, selling to clients in the Nordics and internationally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Director you will:
Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle across the Nordics and broader Europe, with a primary focus on banks and regulated financial institutions.
Build, develop, and manage a strong pipeline of strategic banking prospects, from initial outreach to signed agreement and long-term partnership.
Cultivate and expand relationships with existing key accounts, driving retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within complex banking organizations.
Lead and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving C-level executives, Risk, Compliance, IT, Procurement, and business leaders.
Take full ownership of RFPs, public tenders, framework agreements, and commercial/contract negotiations in regulated environments.
Deliver compelling, value-driven presentations and solution demonstrations tailored to both technical and commercial audiences.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior banking stakeholders, positioning the company as a long-term strategic partner rather than a point solution provider.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure strong market positioning, seamless onboarding, and long-term client success.
Apply a data-driven, consultative sales approach focused on measurable business impact and long-term ROI for clients.
Continuously monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics within the banking and FinTech ecosystem to proactively identify new opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years of senior B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on the banking and financial services industry (FinTech, SaaS, or other complex technology solutions).
Proven experience selling to banks and/or having worked within the banking sector, with a deep understanding of how banks operate, make decisions, and manage risk.
Established network and trusted relationships within the Nordic banking and financial services ecosystem.
Demonstrated success in driving new business with banks while strategically growing and retaining key accounts over time.
Strong track record of closing large, high-value, enterprise-level deals within regulated environments.
Experienced in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving business, risk, compliance, IT, procurement, and executive leadership.
Solid experience managing tenders, RFPs, framework agreements, and leading commercial and legal negotiations with banks.
Deep understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and procurement processes in regulated industries.
Strategic and commercially sharp, with a data-driven approach to sales planning and pipeline management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage credibly at C-level within banks.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
