ABOUT THE POSITION

Thanks to a continuous three figure growth (+145% from FY22 to FY24) and ambitious expansion plans we are looking to strengthen our organization further with a CPO who will continue push Kreditz market-leading Next-gen credit scoring solutions further into the hearts and souls of our customers. This is an opportunity to first-hand experience our founder’s original vision and elevate our products to always be ‘next level’ fintech solutions that the market has been waiting for. We are currently entering an exciting phase (startup to scaleup) and expanding our market presence rapidly in the Nordic countries and in Europe. Our clients range from some of Europe’s largest banks and iGaming companies to smaller, innovative businesses.

As CPO at Kreditz you will be a key member of our executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing our product vision and strategy. You will work closely to CEO, CTO, CAO (current product owners) and take advantage of all Kreditz functions to ensure customer-centric, viable products that the market can’t be without.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Some of the main responsibilities you will cover:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall vision, goals and market trends
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer needs, market opportunities and business objectives
• Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, leveraging customer feedback and data to drive decision-making; you are an expert in knowing who your customer is and what problems you are solving
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats
• Oversee end-to-end product development, from concept/mockup to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of new products and features
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including: Analytics, IT, Sales and Operations to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product care
• Prioritize user experience and design excellence to create products that are not only functional but also intuitive and aesthetically pleasing
• Leverage data analytics and insights to make informed product decisions and measure product performance OKRs

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A visionary and hands-on Chief Product Officer to shape our strategy, champion innovation, and drive global growth. If you excel at building transformative fintech products, and meet the following criterions, we want to hear from you.

• 7+ years in product leadership with a strong track record of launching and scaling products (FinTech, Credit Scoring Solutions or related fields preferred)
• 3+ years building and managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Customer-centric & data-driven mindset, using insights and metrics to guide product decisions
• Proven agility in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic thinking with execution
• In-depth knowledge of fintech and credit scoring industry trends, regulations, and customer preferences
• Culture champion: Aligns with Kreditz values of integrity, curiosity, and innovation
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (verbal and written).
• Previous experience from startup organization going scaleup is meritorious
• Previous experience from fintech/Open Banking/Credit Scoring products is very meritorious
