About the Role

Kreditz is looking for a Lead System Developer to spearhead our system development initiatives. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance systems aligned with our business goals, ensuring robustness, security, and efficiency as we innovate in the FinTech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of complex system architectures.

• Oversee system integration for seamless interoperability.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery.

• Conduct performance analysis and system optimization.

• Implement and maintain automated tests and CI pipelines.

• Perform code reviews and contribute hands-on to projects

• Document system architecture, development processes, and integrations.

Who You Are

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Lead System Developer with a strong drive to take responsibility, lead, and establish structures within the team. You thrive in leading technical teams and driving the development of advanced solutions.

You should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in system development or a similar role.

• Proven leadership experience in system development.

• Strong skills in Python, C#, or Java.

• Expertise in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Podman), and Kubernetes.

• Excellent English communication skills (Swedish is a plus).

• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis.

• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks, as our codebase is primarily built on this.

Experience in FinTech and PSD2 technologies, as well as certifications like AWS Certified Developer, would be advantageous.
