ABOUT THE POSITION
With continuous triple-digit growth (+390% FY23 vs. FY21) and ambitious expansion plans, we are seeking an Office Assistant to support our thriving organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Kreditz’s brand-new, 700+ square meter office while delivering exceptional service to employees and visitors alike.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Some of the main responsibilities you will cover:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their office-related needs and concerns
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, gatherings and team-building activities to foster team cohesion and a positive workplace culture
- Manage all office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and liaising with service providers to ensure a comfortable and safe working environment
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and monitoring service quality
- Provide administrative support to various teams, including registering visitors and notify meeting holders
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment, ensuring it reflects our company culture and values
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workstations, access, and necessary materials
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, with a positive and professional demeanor
- Ensure a seamless employee and visitor experience
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A proactive “can-do” attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Minimum an upper secondary/high school diploma
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, Swedish and English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
- Previous experience +2 yrs as an Office Assistant/Office Manager/front-facing or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment is very meritorious
