ABOUT THE POSITION
Thanks to a continuous three figure growth (+170% FY22 vs FY21) and ambitious expansion plans we are looking to strengthen our organization further with two First-line Support IT colleagues. We are currently entering an exciting phase (startup to scaleup) and expanding our market presence rapidly in the Nordic countries and in Europe. Our clients range from some of Europe’s largest banks and iGaming companies to smaller, innovative businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities as First-line Support IT at Kreditz:
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide first-line troubleshooting and issue resolution for hardware, software, and other-related problems.
- Identify and diagnose technical issues and provide solutions or workarounds to restore user functionality.
- Document and track support tickets, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of user interactions and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions, both remotely and on-site if required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address user needs and provide appropriate technical guidance.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and help improve support processes and procedures.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking two dedicated and customer-oriented First-line Support IT professionals to join our IT team at Kreditz. As a First-line Support IT, you will play a crucial role in providing prompt technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting technical problems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Additionally we believe you have:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as First-line support
- Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Fluency/very good communication in English and Swedish (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with common hardware and software components.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering a positive user experience.
